It can be tough to come up with a holiday menu for Thanksgiving. Or, it can be totally overwhelming. For many of us, Roast Turkey is at the center of the feast. But, what next? Here is a very do-able holiday feast menu with easy-to-make recipes. Or, insert a couple of your family recipes that are light and healthy. And, don’t forget to add a healthy dose of exercise to offset the large, holiday meal. You will feel so much better and more energetic!
